As Muslims across the globe celebrate the holy month of Ramadan, which kicked off (with multiple islamo-terrorist attacks throughout the world), in early June, they are joined by a small but vibrant community of Muslims about 10,000, based on their own estimate who are blending Islamic values and Latin American customs in Cuba.
Interesting blend; a totalitarian government vs. a totalitarian death cult.
Yeah, two scorpions in a bottle. I wonder when the suicide bombing begins?.
The USSR was who created the PLO and they have been supporting the Iranian state since 1978.
Islam and Communism go hand in hand.
One is a political system pretending to be a religion and the other is a religion pretending to be a political system.
So where’s the link?
Oops, sorry, I forgot, thanks.
Where’s the photoshop of Fidel in a kaffiyeh?
The economic underpinnings of Islam are, in fact, almost completely compatible with most varieties of socialism, be it Communism, the Nationalist Socialist Workingmen’s Party, or the Fabian socialism of England. All socialists, and Islam, despise the way banks are organized under capitalistic economic systems, in that collection of interest on money that is loaned out is essentially theft, and that bankers are to be kept on a very short leash, controlled to the degree that they may be summarily removed from their positions if they fail to do the bidding of the controlling regime. Any judgment as to the comparative value/worth of directing investments in one direction or another resides with the regime, and is not subject to market forces.
The Islamic nations are, for the most part, almost completely devoid of any industrial development save that of the extraction and processing of petroleum, or the development of military weapons of war. They are not geared up for civilian consumer wants or needs, relying almost exclusively on importing these from other countries. Socialist regimes do not consider the aspects of supplying consumer wants and needs, but rely on a rationing system of some kind for distribution of goods and services. So on at least a superficial level, the overlay of Islam on the socialist economic model would not have much in the way of conflict, but socialists being socialists and basically anti-religious of ANY kind, it would be only a matter of time before the humanism of Socialism comes to grips with the theocracy of Islam, and there would be bloodlettings that would make the French Revolution or the sweep of Genghis Khan through Asia seem like the idle carnage of a video game.
Where’s the link?
They, like the mohammedans, are just against any religion except their own.
If you examine Marxism dispassionately and ignore what they say and focus on what they do you see that it is really a religion.
They have a mythology, a holy book, prophets, martyrs, a promise of paradise in the future, judgment and punishment of the wicked and certainly a great deal of faith in a god they call "The State" who certainly as omniscient and omnipresent as any other deity.
They are certainly close enough to blend together at some future point.
It’s a match made in hell.
Both are demonic and will work together to advance evil.
the same papers almost never cover the real story, of hundreds of thousands converting to evangelical churches.
many of the converts in Latin America are catholics, who left a church tepid in fighting sin, but pushing liberation theology.
Yes, and that is perhaps why so many secular people gravitate to it. They have no religion; and feel a need for a "rational" one.
and they will have 10 flights a day to come to America and plant bombs in central park.
There won’t be bombings in Cuba as there are no bombings in Mexico.
Cuba will be a weigh station for radical jihadis to come here. Mexico has a good number of muslims who assimilate, learn Spanish then sneak across out southern border.
Now it makes sense why Obama normalized relations with Cuba.
