Unless the wind turbine would deface the view from their estate property. Then it’s evil....
They are in about as much danger of going extinct as Norway rats in NYC.
In the past the headline verb would be "legislate".
Now our betters are "allowing" or not allowing.
...anything,ANYTHING...to change America.
VOTE TRUMP!!
ya think the Obammunists would ever allow the number of “legally” slaughtered eagles to quintuple if it was new oil rigs or nuclear power plants killing ‘em?
I live where there is no shortage of bald eagles (at present I drive past - and always check out - an occupied nest* during the week). IMO, they are not best viewed during mealtime... they are a lot more noble-looking when they are searching for a square meal than actually enjoying one.

*I had one of the pair fly out of the ditch in my direction one morning, with some sort of critter in its talons and trying to get altitude. I slowed down, but that bird was uncomfortably close by the time he finally cleared my car. They are big enough birds to begin with, but when one is about six or seven feet away and coming at you with the wings a-going, they get REALLY impressive.
Feds Give Themselves Permission To Kill More Bald Eagles
Have seen no response yet linking this to the rifleman story yesterday who saved an American eagle in distress...so must be unrelated...I guess...???

My kids an I were kayaking last year and a Bald Eagle flew over. It lost a feather right in front of us and I told my kids under no circumstances were they to retrieve it.
I best keep my mouth shut about feds and their numbers. President Trump is going to have a busy first term firing the majority of D.C.
Symbolism. The eagle is a symbol of America’s greatness. Windmills are a symbol of candy-a$$ liberalism. Naturally, bam favors windmills.
I guess a scarecrow (scare-eagle) is not possible?
I kind of get the idea that God hates this. It’s not like the windmill was needed anywhere at all to survive. It’s a misguided feelgood measure.
Bingo!
Now I’m not allowed to drive and fish a mile of beach because someone may have seen a Plover egg but to knowingly kill a rare bird...??
