I would join a class action lawsuit, but would not expect to see much money after the sharks (lawyers) finish their feeding frenzy. Still, it would be nice to jab a stick in Microsoft’s eye for corrupting a computer with Windows 10 at work against our wishes.

In the meantime, anyone can hit Microsoft in the pocketbook another way: switch to Linux instead. No more money from me!

That’s exactly what we did last weekend. We were so pissed at having 10 forced on us, that we decided no more MS for us.

It’s a learning curve, but we’re enjoying using Linux, and learning something new.

I’ve been trying to switch to Linux. Unfortunately there are a few programs I need for work that still require Windows.

I’ve settled for a dual-boot, and uninstalled the update that causes Win10 to keep turning up.

I do NOT take kindly to being forced. If you have to use force, peer-pressure, conniving, emotionalism, or threats to get me to do something, then that means there’s a logical reason for me not to do it.

(Needless to say, I was a difficult child sometimes.)
