That’s exactly what we did last weekend. We were so pissed at having 10 forced on us, that we decided no more MS for us.

It’s a learning curve, but we’re enjoying using Linux, and learning something new.

Welcome to the club. I switched from Vista to Linux in 2009 and never looked back. You will appreciate it more and more as you learn what it can do. Windows was a maintenance headache that I don’t worry about now. I have not bought an anti-virus program since then either.
