Prayers for you and your wife. Always worried when hubby goes out on the bike by himself and isn’t home when he is supposed to be. He is always careful as I am sure you are but the 4 wheelers and unforeseen obstacles are dangerous. At least if I am with him, I know if something has happened.

but what you need is a visiting nurse or home health aid. The nurse can train your wife and family helpers, and evaluate what you need, such as renting commodes or wheel chairs.
insurance often pays for this. And many church groups send help in such emergencies.
and watch your bowels.? Pain meds cause severe constipation.
oh how terrible... I am sorry but very glad the injuries were not worse.
