Not likely, at all. The day I commit 3 different felonies (this is for 3 time losers), is the day that I deserve to be put away for life. This is not for a single incident; this is for 3 separate convictions. Also, this is a jury trial. I would challenge any jury to incarcerate anyone for life for moving a 'woodpecker".
