The cast of the long unawaited Ghostbusters movie appeared on The Jimmy Kimmel Show on Thursday to promote the remake that nobody asked for.

Step 2: ????
Step 3: PROFIT!
In all the years I've been en Russia, I have yet to experience any hostility.
What I've discovered since living here is that the "Golden Fleece", which Jason and the Argonauts were searching for, was just down the coast in present day Georgia.
The region where I live is where the Amazons were supposed to have lived.
It is an interesting part of the world...with lots of different cultures.
I don’t know, but if he does that would an interesting take on things.
I pay little attention to their politics. My guess is these people knew they were attached to an expensive dog very early in the process.
I enjoyed Melissa in several of her movies. I think the problem is that the producers just figured with her in the movie (and some of the others) they would just cruise to a blockbuster.
But, you cannot overcome crappy writing. I am sure the women will land on their feet and this will be referred to as their “Heaven’s Gate” or “Ishtar.”
A very interesting crossroads of civilization.
I just had the pleasure of working with a very smart and sharp Bulgarian redhead
I am sure you saw the ill-fated attempt to do “Pearl Harbor.” Parts of it were OK, and others were not so good.
I think the people that make movies are some of the least imaginative folks around. They want the “sure thing” when it comes to box office. That is why you see endless movies in sequence (Star Wars, X Men, Avengers, etc.)
In the last couple of years I thought Spotlight was good, and I thought Argo was decent. But how do you follow those? Not much sequel potential there.
And remakes of WWII movies are really losing their audience. You will never see another Midway or In Harms Way. Too many actors needed. Too expensive.
So does Melissa play the part of Slimer?
No, she's the Stay-Puft Marshmallow Man.
I know her husband wrote the movie, Tammy, which I heard was just awful.
I am not too crazy about her movies based on what I read, so it’s rare I would even consider paying to see them.
Yep...Oldendorf’s Ladies.
i admit it. i watch ID a lot and looking forward to this. on another post i can't see a remake of CASABLANCA or STRANGELOVE.
Reaction to Ghostbusters 2 script the guys found.

Someone at that studio should rein her in. This movie is going to do even more poorly if she insults the 45 year-old men that still live with their mothers.
You have my attention. Is the language difficult to learn? How do they feel about U.S. immigrants?
That being said, I don't think the quotas are too strict, as I know others who have gotten residency without having any link to Russia. (i.e., they were missionaries)
The only headache is that to get residency, you have to pass a Russian exam. This includes the Russian language, Russian law, and Russian history. Russian is a bit complicated! I'm self taught, and learned enough to pass the exam. There are several universities in my city that offer "Russian for Foreigners." It's a one academic year (September to June) program and costs about $1,000 for tuition, dormitory room, and insurance.
Again, the biggest promotional campaign for this film is its tie in with the NBA finals, and yet, not one actor/ess involved with the film is part of it, and not one frame of the film is being used as part of it either... can anyone ever recall such a marketing campaign for a film ever?
Sony knows they have a stinker, and the only hope they have is to keep as much of it under wraps as possible in hopes they can get enough first weekend curious folks to show up because they know they won’t get any after that.....
I don’t blame McCarthy or any of the other actresses involved I am sure they did the best they could with the task and script they were given, but the reality is this thing should have never gotten a green light... let alone once they realized it was a bad idea, decided to do some pandering and go all girls to try to drum up some sort of interest in an idea universally known to be a bad one.
That’s like a pushy unattractive divorcee getting mad when you shrug off a hint to hook up, and saying “Are you gay”. That’s right, I’m going to want you BAD now...lol
Thanks for all the info Cowboy
No problem!
