Even after actually reading the story, it doesn’t make sense. The two sisters were clearly having a major argument, involving hair-pulling. But, after stopping, the driver then floored the gas, rammed through a wall and plunged off a cliff. The driver died at the scene. But, the passenger is being charged? Sounds like the driver intended to kill them both to me.
