Kimbo Slice has reportedly died at the age of 42, though no reports have been confirmed.
The MMA fighter — whose real name is Kevin Ferguson — was hospitalized in Florida Monday due to a “dire” medical situation, TMZ reported, and several sources on Twitter now claim he has died of heart failure.

Although I’m not saying he was one, but it’s quite common in sports. Heart failure is a common occurrence among those who use steroids.
He started his career in bum fights.
He’s a nasty guy.
He has tested positive before, so it is possible.

About a month ago, another Bellator fighter (Jordan Parsons) was the victim of a hit and run, he did not make it.

I know all about him.
Pretty sure he’s burned the candle at both ends and the middle.
In fact, he looked like he was pretty darn close to checking out in his last fight versus Dada, and I also understood that Dada died at least once in the hospital after that fight.
But regardless of how he lived, 42 is too young for a man to die.
I don’t want to say any harsh words about him.
Everybody doesn’t have the blessed experience of being from an intact family and being taught how to be a decent person.
He got himself off the street. I think that matters most for him.
I don’t follow fights but I do know of some of those fighter usually through listening to the men folk in the family. I did like Mikey Rourke in Expendables as the tattoo artist.

Did not hear that about Dada. Those two were gassed after a few minutes in the last fight. Dada was Kimbo’s security detail at one point I think.
He's kind of the Justin Bieber of the UFC. By that I mean he got famous by promoting himself as a fighter on YouTube. He turned it into a career.
Apparently the weight cut caused severe effect in Dada.
He suffered cardiac arrest after the fight and then renal failure.
