Insanity.
First off, I’m for taking salt shakers off tables. Salt is added to the food you ARE COOKING to enhance flavor...adding salt AFTER you cook is not only unhealthy, but it’s a slap in the face of the cook.

Only when they pry it from my cold, dead hands...and a lot of cooks deserve to be slapped. And beaten. And kicked. Particularly some Michelle Obama-trained pimple-faced brat behind a counter!

There are many places that serve their food bland intentionally though so the salt shakers are still needed.

Mr. Mayor, I didn’t realize that you followed news on FR. Now go back to micromanaging your peons in NYC and leave us alone.

So everyone prefers the same amount of salt? Peppers? Horseradish? I don’t think so.

Well maybe one person’s salt taste is different than the chef’s salt taste. Just saying.

Everyone has different tastes and should be able to add condiments as they wish. I add hot sauce to dishes that may be considered perfectly cooked to someone else.

People have different tastes. Not everyone likes their food with the same flavors and whatnot.
