I don’t know if any of the new supercars are faster. But, I know none have won the 24 Hours of Le Mans race like the McLaren F1 did.

If it’s as good in snow as it is on a track, I might be interested. How is the heating and air conditioning in that thing and what kind a sound system does it have?

I like the late-’60s, early ‘70s McClarens that dominated the Can Am series far better.

I was in London in 1994. Near where I was staying there was a McLaren F1 display in some shop that was taking orders. The one on display had a set of golf clubs they threw in if you bought one.

Just don't sell it to this guy, 'cause the brother still can't drive.

McLaren is selling a single model of its F1, the fastest supercar ever built. Twenty-three years later, the car still holds the record (it reached a speed of 242.8 mph)

Some wishful thinking by the author of this piece.

Make no mistake, I'd like a McLaren F1, but it is not the fastest production car ever built. In fact, it comes in at #9...

My ‘98 Toyota Tacoma truck can do zero to the grocery store in under 10 minutes. It’s only 2 miles but there are three stop signs.

Saw a McLaren in the Parking lot of the Wallys Desert Turtle Restuaraunt (yes you heard that right) in Rancho Mirage CA last week. It was during a Black Tie YMCA Charity Event. A lot of money out that way.

At 242 mph, it makes that troublesome morning commute so much easier.
