I have no idea what this is all about. My best guess: The angry man in white shirt was upset because he's the only Russian without a copy of Hillary Clinton's classified emails.
The driver of the car probably had multiple copies of those emails in his trunk, but for some reason he didn't want to share.

High as a kite. Shot and doesn’t even feel it.
This is one of those times where the high-capacity CCW crowd are right. There is no way to stop a crazed druggie like this except a shot to the nervous system or bleeding him out. I am not saying such shooting was justified here, since the druggie’s focus was the car and not harming a human. But if you had to face this guy trying to kill you, he would cause you all manner of injury before you could put all 13 rounds in him.
I am the type who believes 6 rounds of .45 is enough for all but the toughest of dried on stains, so a guy like this would have killed me before I could reload and pump in another 6. He may die later but doesn’t do me any good if I die too.
Score one for the hi-cap crowd.
