What is the Adminstration/DOE's official stance on this situation (or one's that are similar). Steve, a 16 year old sophomore in high-school (who wants to game the system), says he identify's as a girl today and wants to use the girls dressing room and shower. The next day, he identify's as a boy and uses the boys. He jumps back and forth on a regular basis. Is this a "legal loophole" under the new K-12 ruling that the schools can do nothing about? Yes or no? Any links or clear documentation would be great.
IIRC, I have read that Obama’s recent edict contradicted itself by saying that would not be allowed. They did not give a reason boys who are identifying as girls cannot be on real girls teams, but the implication is obvious. Even THEY admit there’s a difference without actually writing down the difference.
You beat me to it. Yep, "gender fluid" means that the individual claiming it enjoys the perquisites of minority status whatever those happen to be at the moment. Those perquisites include a good deal of stolen political power. Anyone who thinks this is about anything but stealing political power is kidding xyrself.

I am hoping every red blooded, horny, high school boy highlights the absurdity of this by telling guidance counselors they are questioning their gender identity and therefore go into a girls locker room and walk around with a boner ogling the girls.

If he can change gender feelings over a couple of years, why not change feelings over a couple of months, or even every day?
I suspect that there are quite a few womyn that change their identity over the course of every month during peak breeding years, and even after that.

This may actually come full-circle. When people can identify as either sex on the fly, the labels become useless. Quotas no longer work. You can’t go after a certain percentage of female West Point cadets. You can’t get your target ratio of minority employees.
Maybe we’ll get to the point where quotas can no longer be set or met.
People hired and placed into positions based on their abilities, not their sex or skin color. Imagine that.

Yes. Identification can change from one day to the next. In fact, it can change an unlimited number of times in the same day. Since this kind of thing stems from a self-delusional psychosis, it is not based on reality, but only on the whims of a dysfunctional mind.
The law has no right to question a person on his choice, but instead needs to accept it without question. Anyone who challenges this person can and will be arrested on a hate crime charge.

That depends on how hot the chicks in the girls shower room are and how horny the boys are on any particular day.
No one can ever changer their gender, much less frequently change their gender identity.
