Farms and processing plants aren’t cleanrooms
Even if you raise the cow yourself and grind the meat at home, there will likely be rat DNA and foreign human DNA in it (it can be picked up almost anywhere- walking around town, dust while driving, etc)
There are many REAL horrors in the food industry but some foreign DNA isn’t one of them
