Trump was on Twitter tonight and told the people of West Virginia to vote. I was correct in my concern. He still hasn’t reached that number and needs the delegates.
He gets all the delegates and he gets to chose them! They will be committed to him, not just on the first vote, but on subsequent votes as well. Not sure if all states have the same rules, but Trump gets all delegates in WV now.
