They could very well be converts. The names are arabicized nom-de-plums it looks like. Essentially the names read “child of person, the American” and the woman’s writing style comes off as too aggressive to be Arab raised. Most likely black converts.

Since common sense dictates that fraudulently obtained "citizenship" can never be actual citizenship, in my universe I reject all attempts of the MSM to smear the victim country; in this case, the USA.

Curiously, the propagandist, incompetent MSM fail to mention the actual name they used in the US.
