An American husband and wife team who traveled to Syria to join ISIS and recruit Westerns have been killed in an airstrike, according to jihadi social media accounts.
The bodies of Abu Isa al-Amriki and Umm Isa al-Amriki, as they were referred to, were discovered in the rubble of their home in Aleppo province Friday.
The couple actively recruited and communicated with potential recruits, answering questions and guiding others traveling from the West to join ISIS.
The Foreign Desk previously reported on the wife’s activities, focusing on mentoring only young women, writing on her social media account, “My account is for sisters only, so unless you menstruate do not message me.”

No, I don’t but I also wasn’t surprised to not see any pictures or history essays about what great borne Americans they were. Even if ‘American born’ that doesn’t mean they were ‘foreign influenced’ from birth by foreigners - parents, schooling, contemporaries, etc.

They could very well be converts. The names are arabicized nom-de-plums it looks like. Essentially the names read “child of person, the American” and the woman’s writing style comes off as too aggressive to be Arab raised. Most likely black converts.

There is a reason why we aren’t privy to actual fact. It is because the fact doesn’t support “traditional American.”

I agree- then they can print headlines like, “
3 Americans convicted of Terrorism!”
only three things missing from this story.......they died doing what they loved.........they were just about to turn their lives around...........they were aspiring rappers....
Good, but they were not Americans. Their love and allegiance were for a savage state which is at war with us.
