I can’t imagine what they have on Roberts. It must be big - he’s following orders like a good little leftist.

Since the Obamacare fine/tax ruling I've been convinced that Obama has Roberts in his back pocket when he needs him.
Obama must have something devastating on him.

Just what compromises roberts? It must be quite juicy. He is no patriot...that is certain.

Chesire Cat Roberts does not even care what the Law reads.
He should have been impeached along with the other.

You know it could be that this is who he really is.
It was probably all facade that Roberts was ever a conservative justice I am certain that the GOPe will be quite fine with a Roberts decision.

Cruz was no where near the Senate and supported another Judge for the job so quit claiming Roberts is a Cruz plant.
Go back to your claims Cruz pulls the hair off newborn kittens instead and sets fire to locusts!

Fox News is reporting SCOTUS split on immigration, Roberts says he may approve!! I have asserted in the past that John Roberts has a "Black-President-gives-me-orgasms" mindset, and that Roberts is desperate to make sure the first "BLACK" President is not seen as the pathetic failure that he actually is.
I therefore Predict Roberts will do whatever it takes to make certain the focus of his "bromance" wins any major judicial conflicts.

The only think they have is speculation, based on Q&A during oral argument.

They didn’t report any such thing. Nobody knows what Roberts does or does not support at this time. Although I never expect that quisling to come through on the right side of anything consequential, it’s too early to predict what he will do.

I don’t know what Cruz has to do with it.
It shouldn’t be a consideration whether the court supports a political position, it should be a matter of legality.
Cruz certainly wouldn’t approve.

Is that really a "report" that he supports it, or just someone trying to read tea leaves from the oral argument? Because I listened to the argument, and that's not what I heard.
Not saying he's going to vote against Obama, because he and Kennedy both hold back from being obvious. But there wasn't enough there to say he's going to go the other way either.
