Is that really a "report" that he supports it, or just someone trying to read tea leaves from the oral argument? Because I listened to the argument, and that's not what I heard.

Not saying he's going to vote against Obama, because he and Kennedy both hold back from being obvious. But there wasn't enough there to say he's going to go the other way either.

The reason this report is coming out is Roberts said something about changing the language of the bill to MAKE it OK!!! Same way he did with OCARE !!!!!!
