Why would it? The features were clearly based on a Caucasian model; medieval relic makers wouldn't have dreamed of making Jesus look like an Jew.

Does the shroud blood sample contain the Jewish DNA markers? Jesus should have been from the tribe of Judah (as a descendant of David). So the widely-known Levite line wouldn't be a help. But there are other Jewish markers that could be used.
