The 2016 election has been a wild ride, with two insurgent grassroots campaigns literally giving the political establishment a run for its money. But as the events of this presidential primary season play out, its becoming clear the U.S. election and even more so, the presidential race is a big scam being perpetrated on the American people.
Events from the last week have exposed the system as an illusion of choice and a farce. They have reinforced at least one study showing the U.S. is an oligarchy rather than a democratic republic

I’ve been saying the nominations have been rigged for years.
Who actually believes McAmnesty was the peoples choice right after TWO amnesty attempts?

Those who cast the votes decide nothing. Those who count the votes decide everything."
Another load of crap. All republican voters in CO could have gone to their local, then district and then state assemblies. 60,000 did. The rest did not care. They knew the rules just like Trump did. The RNC is not responsible for state rules but they passed them on to all candidates. So cry yourselves a river but forget about it.
The voting places were extremely far from where they lived.
I’d say the corruption of party politics has been a point of contention almost from the beginning.
Posting that again???
The PEOPLE of Colorado did NOT get the vote...
What is so hard to understand about that???
They even cancelled the “straw poll” that was non-binding because they did NOT want everyone to see who the PEOPLE favored...
So YOU know more about it than a Precinct Captain IN Colorado???
Uh-huh....Yeah, riiiiight...
YAYAYAY!
:(
“They even cancelled the straw poll that was non-binding because they did NOT want everyone to see who the PEOPLE favored..”
The rules say you can’t have a non-binding strawpoll.
Under regulations established in the 1980s, delegates cannot take money from corporations, labor unions, federal contractors or foreign nationals. But an individual donor is permitted to give a delegate unlimited sums to support his or her efforts to get selected to go to the convention, including money to defray the costs of travel and lodging.
From the Washington Post, 4/11/16.
“... Colorado fundamentally changed their caucus system in the summer of 2015 to benefit Ted Cruz. In fact, the caucus system was not fundamentally changed. What was changed was that a meaningless straw poll was not conducted one that wouldnt bind the delegates anyway...”
As I said...They did NOT want everyone to see how the common, everyday Colorado citizen would vote....
Cruz delegates...Bought and payed for.....
For the LAST TIME, these people in North Korean Death Camps are not "prisoners!" They just don't understand The Process. Look, these rules were agreed to by everyone a long time ago, so they should just stop complaining.
Political parties go out of their way not to inform the public how the election process operates. If they were sincere about having an educated electorate, they would teach people how the system works.
They prefer the masses to remain clueless.
Just like they do in Iran!
