WARNING DISTURBING VIDEO
New video released by a Nevada attorney shows the Twin Peaks shooting from a new angle that includes disturbing images of people taking cover as the shooting starts, and an apparently wounded man running to get away.
Stephen Stubbs who is not representing any of the bikers in the case released dash cam videos on his Youtube page.
Stubbs said he obtained videos and evidence in the case when numerous news organization contacted him to review them and provide his opinion on the evidence months ago. He said he agreed with the news outlets not to release the video before but he can do so now.
A few days ago, he released an initial video with his analysis of the evidence and the facts he believed happened in the case. Stubbs said the audio included in that video is from a witness that provided a recorded statement to police of what occurred.
On Tuesday, Stubbs released four additional videos, which include raw footage from several angles.

So, a lawyer who has represented bikers in the past says other bikers – not the police – started the fight and shooting. That's not going to sit well with the resident 'the pigs shot first' crowd.
Many of us who have followed this story for almost a year want all the truth to come out.
Many are suspicious of mass arrests and abuse of probable cause.
Videos show the great majority of bikers running away from the trouble. Very little of the cops is seen.

None of which supports the charges and behavior of the police.
The folks on the ground at TP showed where the gunfire was coming from, TP. They were hiding from the restaurant not the cops behind them.
Much as I love dogs, the old saying is apropos “lie down with dogs, get up with fleas”, although too many did not get up.

This is consistent with statements of bikers that were in the thick of it.

Bandidos, wearing a patch that identified him as a chapter president, ran his bike into a Cossack standing in the parking lot. The Cossack who was hit was a “prospect,” a man in his mid-20s who was “striving to become” a full member of the club.
“They came up really fast, and the prospect turned and faced the bikes,” the Cossack chapter president said. “He fell backward into other [parked] bikes. The guy who hit him stopped and got off of his bike and said, ‘What are you doing? Get . . . out of my way. We’re trying to park.’ ”
Cossacks quickly jumped to the prospect’s defense, he said: “Guys were saying, ‘You’re disrespecting us,’ or, ‘We’re not backing down.’ ”
In a blink, it started, he said: “Two punches: One from them, one from us.”
A Bandido with a patch identifying him as sergeant-at-arms of the same chapter threw a punch at Richard Matthew Jordan II, 31, known as “Richie,” who was from Pasadena, Tex. Jordan punched the guy back.
“At that point in time, the sergeant in arms shot Richie point-blank,” the Cossack said.
Police said Jordan died of a gunshot wound to the head.
“Then all the Bandidos standing in the parking lot started pulling guns and shooting at us,” he said. “There were maybe 60 or 70 of us in the parking lot. . . . We took off running. We scattered. Three of our guys went down instantly. They caught a couple more that tripped and fell, and Bandidos were shooting at them.”

Stubbs is a Bandido spokesman of sorts having represented them in other matters outside of Texas. Good on him for giving this case the push it needed.
This pole cam video shown here records Jesse Rodriguez being murdered in cold blood...a greater act of cowardice I haven't seen in quite a while.
I challenge anyone who ever claimed 'it was a police massacre' to watch that video and claim it was the police who killed Rodriguez.
If that was Jesse who come up behind that guy and stuck him with a knife he had it coming. He attacked a person then got his arse shot. He was not murdered but killed in self defense.
What knife?
Rodriguez was NOT shot by the guy he was fighting with either, but by a third person who walked up and shot him in the face while he was being held on the ground.
I never said he was shot by the guy he was fighting. He was shot by a guy who came in to help the guy the little chicken chit blind sided with the knife he had in his right hand, the same knife that can be seen laying by his body. He got what he had coming, pizz on him!
Well things are finally starting to come into focus. I can’t imagine why the police felt they had to keep these videos from the public for so long. Long enough, maybe a month, to analyze them sure but not for almost a year fer cryin’ out loud.
Looks like this was started by the Cossacks. They were there in high numbers waiting for the Bandidos to show up then the shooting starts not long after. I got a lot out of the video below.

This does appear to get the cops off the hook for shooting anyone. Again; I can’t imagine why they would sit on this for so long. It makes no sense. Of course arresting everyone and not dropping the charges later on once all the evidence was examined doesn’t make any sense either.
The story about the Nam Vet walking around the corner and getting shot obviously didn’t happen either. Even looking at the video and seeing what happened will still take a jury to determine after all the facts are presented. If he indeed took his knife to a gun fight, well, we all know how that one usually turns out.
My takeaway after watching all the videos is the Cossacks were there to make trouble that day and it got away from them. Nine died and 20 were wounded. Whomever decided that was the time and place to pull that kind of crap is complete and total idiot.
My interest has been two fold.
1. The application of Texas’ gang law and how that relates to the Bill of Rights.
2. The use of UC and CI and what they are and are not allowed to do.
Sure you did...you claimed his killing was self defense.
It wasn't "self defense", Rodriguez was shot in the face by another biker while he was being held on the ground.
You also claimed that Rodriguez had a knife without evidence to support that notion.

There is no knife in his hand, and the guy Rodriguez was fighting with exhibited no signs of being stabbed either.
