So, a lawyer who has represented bikers in the past says other bikers – not the police – started the fight and shooting. That's not going to sit well with the resident 'the pigs shot first' crowd.
Well things are finally starting to come into focus. I can’t imagine why the police felt they had to keep these videos from the public for so long. Long enough, maybe a month, to analyze them sure but not for almost a year fer cryin’ out loud.
Looks like this was started by the Cossacks. They were there in high numbers waiting for the Bandidos to show up then the shooting starts not long after. I got a lot out of the video below.

This does appear to get the cops off the hook for shooting anyone. Again; I can’t imagine why they would sit on this for so long. It makes no sense. Of course arresting everyone and not dropping the charges later on once all the evidence was examined doesn’t make any sense either.
The story about the Nam Vet walking around the corner and getting shot obviously didn’t happen either. Even looking at the video and seeing what happened will still take a jury to determine after all the facts are presented. If he indeed took his knife to a gun fight, well, we all know how that one usually turns out.
My takeaway after watching all the videos is the Cossacks were there to make trouble that day and it got away from them. Nine died and 20 were wounded. Whomever decided that was the time and place to pull that kind of crap is complete and total idiot.
