'I began with small steps, I didn't actually change the way I ate until fairly far into my fitness journey.'I guess you could say I hit a plateau - so I started to change the way I ate.'I watched my portions and ate more fruits and veggies, less packaged food more whole food.'She reached 115lb then hired a coach to help to weight train to sculpt her figure and entered her first fitness competition in 2014.She admitted being nervous the first time she stepped on stage but praised her coaches who helped prepare her.'I truly enjoyed the process. I was 115lb the day of my show - exactly half the woman I was when I started working out.

She kept the horse face tho.
From what I’ve seen if you lose the weight the same way you put it on the excess skin isn’t a problem. That being 1 pound athe a time.
When you shed it very fast the body can’t adjust.
that is one hell of a body and good for her to get I shape, but I have to ask where is the stretched skin?
She must have had some kind of removal. Not that I care.
I just like looking at the right photo.
Not that I at shallow either
Honest.
Expect all the fat women on the view to attack her for saying she should be loved no matter how she looks and did not need to do this.
We have a gym owner here in the Treasure Valley that has a similar story. Maybe some Freepers in Boise/Meridian or Nampa know about this place and its proprietor.

I looked the post below and thought great.

Every little ache and pain plus the Sciatica issue just disappeared after about 2 weeks. I ain't lyin though, it was NOT FUN eating nothing for 30 days but juice
She is young; that’s the main thing. Think of a pregnant woman, tummy rising and falling, so to speak.
Hate to think how much muscle mass you lost without protein. Loss of weight lifting strength has always pissed me off when I do lose deliberately.
Nice!
Don’t worry about it, the idea of the thread just makes some grumpy.
She dropped the weight before she hit menopause. That's a big factor in getting your skin to snap back.
My poor daughter, for example.
Even when skin does shrink back, it often has stretch marks, and this girl doesn’t seem to have that, either.
So I quit the juicing and switched to a low carb, moderate protein and high fat diet and have lost 50 lbs of the 100 lbs. I want to lose, since June 2015. I just eat the right foods, stay away from the bad stuff and I keep slowly losing. I don't eat much anymore because you lose you're desire to eat a lot of food, so that helps too.
But the juicing is gone. I just drink lots of water and iced tea now. And I like the ribeye steak for dinner much better than a glass of green juice. :-)
