[Vanity] Which states does Cruz lead on the east or west coast?

Posted on 04/05/2016 8:20:54 PM PDT by ObamahatesPACoal

I don't know if his neocon connections will help him in Rhode Island which may help with a funny turnout on primary day.

His Chicago comments were not helpful in the law enforcement communities of the smaller east coast states.

So far none that I can think of

Is he going to walk back the “New York Values” comment?

None. Maybe Rhode Island...but not by much. His preacher act doesn’t go over well in the Northeast. I’m in PA, I see a lot of Trump signs around here. Even in the local diner near me, USA actually did a story on them because they were one the first businesses to put a Trump sign I’m my area.

“Too bad the election wasn’t yesterday.”

Yeah.

The thing to remember is:

Cruz has already had his home-state and region primary.

Trump has not.

This guy is meant to be a great at debating.

Still hasn’t worked out how to walk back the comment or specify who he was attacking.

It could come to California with ahead Trump 300-400 at that point. If Cruz were anti-GOPE he would throw the Califorina primary to Trump at that point. Not drop out because if you get Commie Casich in a one on one with Trump early enough commie could win.

Cruz is done at this point

He won WI, big deal

Trump is going to rise

He had a bad week, oh well, but he will rise again, he always does and he always does better

Trump needs to stay on message, ignore Cruz, and hit this thing out of the park

The rest of the states are made for Trump

I guess the question is whether he can get enough delegates to avoid a brokered/contested convention. That would be a disaster, and I'm praying it won't happen.

I can’t wait to see Cruz campaign in New York. Should be fun to watch.

He can

He just has to stay away from stupid retweets

He needs to move forward

Stop thinking about Cruz, pretend he doesn’t exist

Move forward, stay on message, and be presidential

He can do this. And I think he will.

He will win a few delegates from WI, but he will need to win more in New York.

Here's what I don't quite understand. Urban areas tend to be more liberal than rural areas, and Cruz did much better in the urban areas in WI tonight. OTOH, the Northeast is liberal, but Cruz isn't likely to do well there.

So, why do the more liberal voters in WI like Cruz, but not the more liberal voters in the Northeast?
