Access to Free Republic through Yahoo, Verizon, Comcast and ATT was blocked today for some number of hours. Any additional information will be appreciated

FR worked on my Verizon cell phone most of today, but not later in the afternoon. Now, FR works on cell phone via cellular data!

Have Cox too. Will have to try that. Have an android phone and the usual workarounds aren’t available for those as far as I’ve seen.

I put the DNS entry in my hosts file yesterday, and it started working immediately. I still did not have DNS resolution with an nslookup on my DNS server, but I could get in anyway.

I have a question in this regards. Are we on "the we don't like you list"?
I have a friend in the computer biz. Those with Servers for clients that don't play the "Ad" games, amongst others, get on not on a Dangerous site list, but on the we don't like you list. That is more server oriented as I have been told. If I am not mistaken, Jim has his own servers. Is FR on the we don't like you list?
