A drone submarine controlled by AI and pre-programed actions, is a really bad idea.
Out of the gate.
Any successful employment of them would necessitate them making decision for months on end without direction or correction.
There is no way to communicate effectively with a sub at -2000 meters. And if it rises to 150ft to put out a long wire it's likely to lose contact with it's target.
