Three brawling babes in bikinis were collared in South Carolina for a riverside beach fight.
Arlinda Craft, 18; Anns Leigh Hill, 19 and Megan Williams, 20, were charged with second-degree assault and battery by a mob after they allegedly beat a female victim on a Columbia river beach, according to police.
The tussling trio took issue with the victim over previous problems and finally confronted her on March 15 when she was lounging near the Saluda River with a coworker, according to WIS-TV.
Nah..its Gamecock women that have sex on the tailgate parking lots in public.
That’s disgusting!!!... you’re supposed to do it under the tailgate so you have shade while you’re doing it... you don’t want to sunburn any delicate parts
I saw no skin colored bikini, I saw skin
No offense intended. The terms assault and battery are widely interchanged mistakenly and done so a lot by journalists not understanding law.
In short:
Assault is creating the apprehension (think fear of) in a victim.
Battery is the contact of a victim.
Aggravated means either term involves a dangerous weapon or the age of the victim.
To me, the video shows a battery in progress with a lot of body contact. Not aggravated if no dangerous weapon and similar ages of alleged aggressors and victim.
.
I would have hit em all...
Guilty, guilty, guilty — despite important evidence to the contrary.
Actually they do know how to fight. There are no rules.
In the media and Trump’s opponents are referring to it as assault which it is definitely not. I posted that video to show what assault is!
If we go by the media’s definition of assault in the Lewandowski case it means that tens of millions of Americans are assaulted daily and I guess they should all go to the local police and file charges.
You could pretty much say that everyone is assaulted in the subway at rush hour if we use the hyper hysteria of Michelle Fields. This is such a waste of time.
That's correct as a matter of civil (tort) law. But in many states, the criminal code uses the term "assault" to include both threatened and actual contact with the victim.
LOL
Yep. I agree with that analysis.
If they charged Mr. Lewandowski with “criminal battery”, that may stick if the jury is so opinionated. Ms. Fields did not seem to show any non verbal apprehension so assault not likely to stick. And he did not miss in his attempt to move between Ms. Fields and Mr. Trump so criminal assault/battery does not seem to fit the action. Just some thoughts.
:-). No. It can not top that. I am still laughing from the exceptional writing of that story. Whoever did the writing has some talent.
The gentleman involved was released to his WIFE.
There were a couple of interesting conversations in those cars on that four hour trip back to Iowa!
Animals.
You had me at “Bikini Brawl.”
OF COURSE he has some talent.
He's a freeper - you've been around here long enough to remember him, plain talk:

wow! David Burge. I looked for the author's name and did not spot it but I was blowing through the article pretty fast. That explains a lot. Thanks!
I worked in an adolescent treatment and detention facility. Teenage boy fights usually involved some wrestling and punches. Teenage girl fights involved absolutely everything and there was usually blood and clumps of hair on the floor afterwards. And they simmered for weeks afterwards...
Well, they never forget anything.
It all goes into “the bank” to be used at a later date.
