Anybody else think Trump/Cruz " feud " is part of a plan ?

Together they have eliminated the entire field , and are forcing the GOPe to resort to dirty pool in order to slip in somebody other then one of them at the convention . These are two very smart men who met in NY last year . Ever wonder what they discussed at that time ? This " feud " is getting so ridiculous it dawned on me that perhaps Trump and Cruz hatched this idea way back when , and agreed to throw support to whomever got the most delegates in the primaries , assuming it would be one of them . Looks like Trump will have the most . I now believe that just before the convention that Trump and Cruz will make a joint announcement informing everyone of this secret plan they had , shoving sand in the face of the establishment . Cruz will support Trump and get the VP spot . Am I nuts ?

Not anymore. This probably cannot even be walked back.

No. Trump’s ego is too big. I think this recent dust up is a scorched earth policy with someone who will use the MAD approach.

I resigned to Hillary being president long before the campaign even started.

Not me. I think Cruz is a horn-dog.

Letting Carly take his mic away at the Monday night presser was the end of Cruz.

No man hides behind a skirt...but Cruz did.

That's the end of Cruz.

What? A plan to look like one big turd instead of two medium-sized turds?

Last year I had suspected that Trump was acting as a lightning rod for Ted Cruz by setting himself up as the lead conservative target for the media. In doing so he’d pave the way for Ted.

Maybe I was right. The game isn’t over yet so we’ll see.

Nope. Maybe months ago, but that ship has sailed.

Starting to “think” that maybe Cruz was a patsy for losing in the general all along.

Yep. Trump will withdraw and throw his support to Cruz.

Hell no. Rafael thought that by being nice to Trump, he was hoping that Trump would implode and Trump's supporters would go to him. Ha! It completely backfired on him and just like the frog and the scorpion tale he's being bit.

Trump’s ego is too much to share anything with anyone. Cruz is principled too much for this WWE theatrics. So, no.

LOL, hope the move goes smoother.

Cruz and Heidi knew this was coming out against them. They just wanted to get ahead of the curve, so to speak, and blame Trump. Heidi is another Hillary standing by her man.

No, unless the plan was to elect Hillary, because that is all this feud will do

I have wondered the same thing myself. They are both very smart.

They previously said they liked one another.

I do not know. I suspect both of them play poker very, very well.

This could all be a set-up, with them playing poker while the old GOPE is playing chess, with the establishment elites not knowing the game rules have changed.

They think they have Trump Cruz checkmate in three moves; but Trump Cruz may have a four aces in one of their hands, and a straight flush in the other.

Absent any evidence that this is leading towards a wholesale embarrassment of the Bush brothers and a strategic attack on other key GOProgs, I’m afraid not.
