The Kanawha County Sheriff's Office arrested a man after a domestic disturbance this morning.
Joshua Paul Young, 34 of Sissonville was arrested after the police responded to a domestic incident along Centennial Drive in Charleston around 6:45 a.m. on Tuesday, March 29, 2016.
According to the police report, the officer arrived to the scene and spoke to the victim, Young's ex-girlfriend. The victim told the officer that Young drove her and her child around in a vehicle, stopped, jerked her out of the vehicle, and hit her with brass knuckles several times.

Clearly the answer is stricter gun control, so that convicted sex offenders with guns will not have the additional stress of worrying that a victim might shoot back.
