My iOS device needs are pretty simple.
I have an iPhone 4S, which I use for audiobooks, GPS navigation, and, oh yes, a telephone.
I have an iPad Air wifi, used for a few games, ebooks and web browsing.
Do I have any need to go to 9.3, other than to get rid of the annoying upgrade nagging?

I have an old iPad, second model IIRC:
MC769LL/A Is there a reason I should be trying to upgrade iOS on it? We only use it for Safari and Candy Crush, basically.
