Former Cruz communications director Rick Tyler says the National Enquirer story that charges Ted Cruz with having multiple extramarital affairs is categorically false. Tyler, an MSNBC contributor, told the network Donald Trump is friends with the CEO of the Enquirer.
"This story has been shopped to the Washington Post and Donald Trump has a relationship with David Pecker, the CEO of National Enquirer and has been on the campaign trail since AIPAC," Tyler said Friday.
"I can tell you with 100% certainty that this story is false," Tyler said on MSNBC. "I have traveled to at least 25 different states with ted cruz, spent an enormous amount of time with him in all different situations and he is a man of integrity and he's a man of decency and i can't imagine there's even one shred of that story that holds any weight or is true whatsoever."

Rick Tyler, Senator Ted Cruz’s top spokesman, spread a false and misleading story about Senator Marco Rubio that questioned his faith and belief in God. Cruz fired the spokesman after the media and Rubio’s campaign accused Cruz of running a campaign that spreads multiple falsehoods.
If you’re hung up on the number of affairs then Trump certainly can’t be your guy, right?
Anyone who uses Donald Trump as a excuse for the story being false, is already lying.
Cruz’ accused mistress Amanda Carpenter is melting down on Twitter, to which she seems to have been addicted for years, leaving a trail of bread crumbs about Daddy Cruz along the way
