A hilarious text mix-up about a newborn led to a sweet moment between strangers.
A woman who intended to text family members about the birth of her baby accidentally texted a complete stranger.

Williams congratulated the family and told them they had the wrong number, but the texts kept coming.

I've seen quite a number of wrong number texting stories. Stuff like a kid texting the wrong selfie to her dad and getting grounded, someone trying to order pizza from a random guy who wouldn't deliver, etc. I had a text asking me to make sure someone's lamb has water--that one was odd, because it was addressed to Aunt (my actual first name).
This story was so sweet that I just had to share!

Any time I get a phone call outside of “normal” hours, I get worried. There is no real reason (for me) to worry, though, since bad news has always arrived during “normal” hours, and the calls at odd times have always been wrong numbers.
Anyway, I’m glad it wasn’t your family member!
