The animus between Trump and Kelly stems from Fox’s Republican debate on Aug. 6, 2015, when the billionaire was asked about his temperament with women.
“You once told a contestant on ‘Celebrity Apprentice’ it would be a pretty picture to see her on her knees. Does that sound to you like the temperament of a man we should elect as president, and how will you answer the charge from Hillary Clinton, who is likely to be the Democratic nominee, that you are part of the war on women?”
“I don’t frankly have time for total political correctness. And to be honest with you, this country doesn’t have time either,” Trump responded.
Trump retweeted a follower who called her a “bimbo” on Twitter after the debate before excoriating Fox for its line of questioning in the days that followed. A shaky truce was made between the billionaire and the network, which fell apart early this week.
“We learned from a secret back channel that the Ayatollah and Putin both intend to treat Donald Trump unfairly when they meet with him if he becomes president,” Fox said in a press release Tuesday. “A nefarious source tells us that Trump has his own secret plan to replace the Cabinet with his Twitter followers to see if he should even go to those meetings.” [...]

Are you gonna vote for Cruz when he takes the nomination?
If Cruz were to win the nomination outright by winning the votes in the primaries, then yes. If he were to convince Trump to drop out and support him, then yes. Currently, he is far below his target path to win, having only won half the delegates he needed to win.
