Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump has been mocked by critics for shouting that China is "killing us" economically, but a new analysis of U.S.-China trade shows that the trade gap isn't just at a historic high, but that the imbalance is the widest for any bilateral trade, ever.
According to the website Howmuch.net, the U.S. exported $116 billion to China in 2015, the same year China exported $481 billion to the United States, producing that $365 billion gap.
And it found that the gap is growing so fast that it will "almost quintuple" over the next 15 years.

The very people who should have been looking out for us.
Have been selling out America.
I think there’s a small group of people making a lot of money off of the US-China trade policy and none of those people are freepers.
When you buy fish, caught in American waters , caught by merican fishermen
chances are that they have been processed by Chinese offshore factories who own the fishing rights that the Americans fish under, as delegated by NOAA
When you stay overnight in a hotel , chances are they are foreign owned hotel chain .
When you buy gasoline for your vehicle, there is a good chance that either the refinery, or the gas station is foreign owned.
When do we say : " ENOUGH ,.. is ENOUGH !"
american sovereignty is being sold off piece by piece , and it will not end well !
If China shipped us 100% of what they produced in a year.....
.... and we shipped them back nothing ......
Then who wins?
I heard even Ores are now made in china. Yuck I ain’t eating them anymore. China doesn’t need a military. They will simply bleed us dry. When we look like a piece of old jerky they can come in and take over.
You missed answering the question.

What, you don’t think I’m Milton Berle?
*rimshot*
The fact that Chinese buy less from us than we buy from them means nothing. The truth is that China is still a very poor country - their people can't afford to buy much.
And, in the end, all those dollars they've accumulated still have to be spent here. So, eventually, they'll have to buy American goods, buy American debt, or invest in American business.
It's all to the good for us. Stop worrying about nothing.
China is a strong, thriving country which doesn’t import.
China is not poor.
America however, is now 20 trillion in debt. And that is rapidly increasing.
