It's the moment all Marvel fans have been waiting for. Spider-Man has finally made his debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in the final trailer for Captain America: Civil War. Released on Thursday, the new two-and-a-half minute clip closes with the much anticipated face-off between Chris Evans' Cap and Robert Downey Jr's Iron Man.

Not sure if I was old enough to see it. Fun movie, though.... but not for kids.
There are no sex scenes in Marvel movies
I’ve never received so many comments from a thread in my life lol
I couldn’t name one ##### movie that came out with superheroes for as far back as I can remember
just said something in passing.
NEVER WILL DO THAT AGAIN
On the poster is a box that says “R Restricted Under 17 requires accompanying parent or adult guardian for Strong violence and language throughout, sexual content and graphic nudity.” Doesn’t take much homework, just look at the poster. Really the movie companies pay a lot of money to get ratings and post the ratings and have the ratings expanded to include why, SPECIFICALLY trying to avoid the situation your aunt wound up in. It’s really not curmudgeonly to say she should have done her homework, it’s pointing out that tons of information was readily available to her and in less time than it took to get to the theater she could have known better.
post no. 46 :)
stopped reading at 3. but thanks for the input.
i’ll file it in a safe place.
Sadly all your anger is going in the wrong place. We weren’t the idiots that didn’t bother to look at readily available information. You clearly need a “safe place”, and trigger warnings and all the other crap from the crowd that thinks it’s the world’s job to protect people from content, not the people’s job to filter their own reality.
That story pretty much sums up what is wrong with so much of our society today.
you one of those old grouchy people or young grouchy people that has nothing better to do that comment over and over on a marvel thread
“damn newbie. doesn’t know what he’s talking about. probably a troll”
I didn’t see it. my aunt took her grandkids to see it and they probably lied
LIKE I SAID YOU DEAF ####S, HER DAUGHTHER HAS THELASEMMIA AT 37 AND IT’S A MIRACLE SHE OS STILL ALIVE SO YEAH, SHE’S A LITTLE PREOCCUPIED, AND WOMAN OF THE YEAR ON STATEN ISLAND, SO STHU ABOUT THIS G...M THREAD AND HERE’S FIVE DOLLARS.
BUY A LIFE!!!!!!!
NOW GO CRY TO SOMEONE LIKE THE $####ES YOU ARE.
BUNCH OF #####S.
There you go yelling, thus proving our point.
The fact is many many people, from the studio, to the MPAA, to the theater, to fans of the character, put a lot of effort into trying to warn people like your aunt to not take kids to see that movie. It was in the advertising campaign, in the social media campaign, in the poster, and there was a huge grassroots movement. The fact that your aunt managed to miss ALL of that, including the parts that were on the posters outside the theater AND on the tickets handed to her, means it is most definitely her fault.
And all the yelling and screaming on your part doesn’t change that. She screwed up. Happens. But there’s lessons to be learned. Nobody is trolling. You’re the only one getting rude. Thus avoiding learning the lessons.
You know what, everyone has problems.
I am sorry her life sucks. I am not upset with her, I am concerned that you go all nuclear about a stupid comment on a web site.
You really need to get that under control. It’s the Internet. No one cares. You shouldn’t react that harshly.
As I said, relax.
Why wouldn't someone assume a movie about superheros is for kids?
What's next Johnson's baby shampoo for adults? We already have adult coloring books?
Because:
1- superhero comics haven’t been exclusive for kids for 30 years (at least on this side of the Atlantic, in Europe closer to 40)
2- the movie was R-rated
3- a major focus of the advertising campaign was warning that it’s not a kid’s movie, really I don’t think any movie before has ever put as much effort into avoiding a specific audience as Deadpool, anybody that didn’t know put effort into it
Did you assume Last Tango in Paris was a movie about dancing?
No, I assumed it was about a German teenager giving a sponge bath to a manatee.
All I remember is something involving a stick of butter.
