New footage has emerged that was taken by one of the passengers in the car with LaVoy Finicum that detail his final moments during an encounter with Oregon State Police and the FBI.

The 1999 movie “Strange Days” is about a police state celebrating New Year’s Eve, 1999.
In the movie, a recording is discovered and shown to the public of police gunning down an unarmed rapper.
The world is set ablaze with revolution - but not before final curtain on the movie, leaving us to guess what happens next.
Here we have a completely innocent man gunned by police on camera. The world doesn’t care even slightly.
Pulses aren’t even raised. We call out for justice, but justice isn’t even on the menu or on the schedule.
There will be no justice here. There will be no revolution. Evil triumphs over good.
This makes me irrationally angry.
You aren’t the only one. I believe more people are waking up to what happened. Please read to understand this is not just about the Ranchers, the Bundys or the Refuge in Oregon

Its open season on ‘government haters’.
From Jeannette Finicum’s statement today, “My lawyers believe we can show that was not their goal because there is no better evidence of their intent than their actions.”
I think this is key, we can tell what their goal was by their actions. They planned and executed an ambush, pretty clear what they had for a goal.
It was an execution meant to send a message, from the WH, to anyone that still believes in the Constitution.
Bingo
It looks like the absence of audio from the FBI’s aerial video is a serious hole in the case against Finicum. If there is audio, it will show whether a shot was fired immediately before Finicum appeared to reach for a gun, or not. Then there’s the issue of whether there was a gun in the pocket that he extend his arm towards. Lots of serious questions still need answers.
"HANDS UP DON'T SHOOT!" The FBI (not OST) shot him in the side which caused him to reach to his side.. So the FBI shot him WHILE HIS HANDS WERE STILL UP!
Fincum was loudly & repeatedly shouting “back off or shoot me!”.
Seems the incident was BOTH ambush AND suicide by cop.
And nobody here seems to see him suddenly holding a long thin object in his hand just before being shot. You know, like he just drew a long barreled revolver.
BTW- for those who may not know LaVoy has been working to educate people about the constitution and pledging his support to others for a long, long time.
Why the continuous shooting after Finicum was down???
I didn’t count, but sounded like probably 14-15 shots in the next 4 minutes after they shot Finicum...There was no fire from his truck from the women or the guy still in there...
We’d have to riot and burn down businesses for them to pay attention.
Because their guns weren't empty yet.
The whole thing sickens me! He was a good man and they assassinated him because he would not back down from his constitutional rights and beliefs. Yes, he is a hero! And I pray those other ranchers will get justice. Damn the crap law enforcement murderers!
Even the Feds aren't claiming that.
Version I heard them give was that he was reaching toward the pocket and that they found a 9MM in his pocket after they shot murdered him
No, it wasn’t an execution. It was a felony traffic stop that was illegally ignored by Mr. Finicum, who had a death wish and brought about his own death.
There was no continuous shooting after Finicum was down. He was shot 3 times. Any shooting after that was the teargas/pepper spray rounds and flashbangs being shot at the truck to encourage the occupants to give up.
