New footage has emerged that was taken by one of the passengers in the car with LaVoy Finicum that detail his final moments during an encounter with Oregon State Police and the FBI.

This guy was a dumb a$$. Suicide by cop. He tried to run the road block and nearly ran over one of the agents. Plus he seriously endangered all his passengers.

Also, according to the autopsy Finicum was shot in the side. In the helicopter video he appeared to either reach for a gun on his hip, or clutch his side. Which drew the fatal rounds.

Any shooting after that was the teargas/pepper spray rounds and flashbangs being shot at the truck to encourage the occupants to give up.
Because a simple "out of the vehicle, on the ground" was too hard to say ?
I heard the man saying "STOP STOP" several times. Would you get out of the vehicle while it was still being fired at ?
Why couldn't the hired mercs, I mean the Oregon State Police, surround the vehicle and pull the people out after the first tear gas canister was shot into the vehicle ?
These were grown and muscular men, while most of the people left in the truck were females and children.
No, there were two shots that the FBI agents took that they didn’t account for in their reports. One broke the left passenger window and went through the roof. It didn’t hit anyone. The other went high of the truck and hit nothing. Those two FBI agents are under investigation for their failure to report that they’d discharged their weapons. The shots that killed Finicum were three rapid-succession shots that occurred once he refused to comply with officer instructions and reached for his weapon. There were no other bullets fired at the truck after Finicum was shot.
So why, after shooting Finicum in the back three times, did they start shooting at the vehicle ? Finicum was the one that was armed.
Those children weren't felons, they didn't have any guns.
Not to mention, driving the truck into the snow to avoid the roadblock, his previous refusal to obey the commands of an OST, and his manic motions getting out of the car.
While it was clearly a roadblock to trap them, one has to admit his actions were just as provacative.

I read later that Hillary Clinton had her finger in that

I agree. But to what purpose ? All they had to do was NOT SHOOT at the vehicle, and tell them to come out with their hands up.
BS...On the video the front passenger widow was shot through AFTER Finicum was down...Quite a bit after...On the video, you count at least three rounds hitting the truck AFTER Finicum was shot...he was shot at the same time his hand went down on the video..He reached for the wound...It’s obvious....

Joseph Rice, the Josephine County, Oregon, coordinator for the volunteer Oathkeepers.com organization and a leader with the Pacific Patriot Network, told WND many questions remain unanswered.
“How are ‘We the People’ to trust them the next time we interact with them?” he told WND.
“You’ve got agents willfully covering up the facts. That seems to claw at the integrity on the federal side of the investigation,” he said, calling for an independent review.
He explained that during the standoff he had spoken with both sides about how to resolve the disagreement and prevent a Waco or Ruby Ridge, two federal law-enforcement disasters that resulted in multiple deaths.
Rice pointed out that at least one of the individuals in the vehicle at the time of the shooting never was interviewed by investigators, who on Tuesday released details of their investigation.
He said the explanations fall short. Authorities, Rice said, claimed Finicum was shot three times in the back, yet he fell backward into the snow.
And he confirmed the family’s autopsy concluded Finicum was shot nine times.

They were hoping that they would panic and start screaming and run out of the truck...Then they could judt kill them outside and say thay were “attacking”...

He was shot once in the posterior left shoulder, once in the left upper back, and once in the right lower back, all consistent with being shot as he turned to grab his weapon. The paths of all of these go either left to right or right to left, meaning they were not shot directly at his back, which again, is totally consistent with a man shot as he’s twisting his torso to reach for a gun.
You never heard Lavoy Finicum saying “STOP STOP.” He was saying “Go ahead and shoot me” or “You’re going to have to shoot me” at least 5 times after he exited the vehicle. The last one was immediately before he turned his torso and reached for his weapon.

Those were gas rounds, bean bags and flash bangs. They were trying to ensure that the vehicle’s occupants knew they had nowhere to go. If they wanted to kill them all, why didn’t they just open fire on the truck with their high-powered rifles? Seriously, people need to stop losing their minds over this.
