He was shot once in the posterior left shoulder, once in the left upper back, and once in the right lower back, all consistent with being shot as he turned to grab his weapon. The paths of all of these go either left to right or right to left, meaning they were not shot directly at his back, which again, is totally consistent with a man shot as he’s twisting his torso to reach for a gun.

You never heard Lavoy Finicum saying “STOP STOP.” He was saying “Go ahead and shoot me” or “You’re going to have to shoot me” at least 5 times after he exited the vehicle. The last one was immediately before he turned his torso and reached for his weapon.

The video is here. Watch it at the 5:20 mark. http://bearingarms.com/breaking-synched-lavoy-finicum-shooting-video/

I'm not talking about Finicum. I'm talking about the other man in the truck who DID SAY THAT after repeated shots were fired at the vehicle (whether they were lead bullets, rubber bullets, flash bangs, pepper shots, I cannot say).

Now, If Finicum was a wanted felon armed with a gun, why did the cops let him get into his vehicle in the first place ?
