No, there were two shots that the FBI agents took that they didn’t account for in their reports. One broke the left passenger window and went through the roof. It didn’t hit anyone. The other went high of the truck and hit nothing. Those two FBI agents are under investigation for their failure to report that they’d discharged their weapons. The shots that killed Finicum were three rapid-succession shots that occurred once he refused to comply with officer instructions and reached for his weapon. There were no other bullets fired at the truck after Finicum was shot.
BS...On the video the front passenger widow was shot through AFTER Finicum was down...Quite a bit after...On the video, you count at least three rounds hitting the truck AFTER Finicum was shot...he was shot at the same time his hand went down on the video..He reached for the wound...It’s obvious....
Watch again, there was also a shot that impacted low on the passenger door, low enough to kick up some snow. Note the resolution is too low to be able to spot any holes in the bodywork of the truck, and that the image is of such low brightness that muzzle flashes cannot be distinguished and the flashbangs are of far lower intensity than they should be.
