Starvation, dehydration, lack of oxygen/sheesh.
Awful! Poor woman. :-(
No fire button, phone or escape hatch?
Perhaps in China they don’t have such safety features?
Nobody reported her missing?
All the labels to such were in english probably ......
Socialism at work . . . ok so they weren’t working for a month but they did eventually get around to it. Vote for Bernie or Hitlery.
Same thing happened to a friend of mine but it was an escalator.
Also an obamass voter.
I dunno about the escape hatch, but they shut off power, which eliminates the other two.
Reminds me of the movie ELEVATOR TO THE GALLOWS in which a murderer is trapped in a stalled elevator, Teen age hoods steal his car and go on a crime spree.
then there was the power plant I worked at. The construction crews thought it was great fun to load the elevator full of people, then half way up all jump up and down at the same time causing the overload breaker to trip. This cause us to have to run up stairs to the breaker box and reset the breakers.
It came to a halt when, one day, the construction workers pulled that stunt, and were left in a hot elevator on a very hot day, for about two hours while we went about our other jobs before happening to pass by and resetting that breaker.
It's amazing that she lasted a month in there. /s
LOL, somebody stuck on an escalator??? I see what you did there.........
+1
She was found propped up against the side of the elevator. Her name was Ilean.
Not an uplifting experience ...
“Wow, what a way to die.
Starvation, dehydration, lack of oxygen/sheesh.”
In the dark...
What a sad way to die, you’d think there would be an alarm and an escape hatch. It’s amazing to me, all the lengthy holidays in China. And they just shut down completely. Try getting anything out of there during CNY, you can’t.
