US history took a nosedive on Sept. 11 but it was falling way before that. Import in millions of third- worlders and you shouldn’t be surprised if you start to look like Nigeria

When we fell for Simpson-Mazzolli and all we got was the amnesty for 3.5 million illegal aliens and no enforcement that was supposed to stop the 30 million that are here now.

The Republic officially ended on Usurpation Day January 20, 2009

it is unlikely Trump’s platform will improve the state of the union or America’s place in the world. But there is a chance his jingoism, bravado and bigotry will make many Americans believe they are great again. And maybe that is all they want.

In politics, perception is reality.

During the Wilson administration is when it started, with a short stint where things went really well during the economic roaring 20’s in addition to the time during WWII. But where it really started to go off the rails was when we created the UN.

America kind of went nuts after Kennedy was assassinated.

Rats believe we have never been great, except for maybe during the terror of the past few years.

The United States has been in a precipitous decline since about 1962. Take a look around- a nation of tattooed, pierced savages who practice human sacrifice (abortion), worship chemicals (stoners), celebrate the lowest forms of sexual perversion (open homosexuality and gay marriage), stupid enough to allow its government to bribe taxpayers with money from the public treasury in exchange for votes for corrupt leaders (Great Society programs, etc)who also make policies that render it impossible for people to simply be able to hold a job (the whole NAFTA/China/Mexico debacle that free traitors foist off as good)because it lines their own pockets. The signs of decrepitude are there, and quite obvious to anyone who has enough sense to look. Many refuse to look, unfortunately, to the point where it would be wise at this time to consider how to salvage something from the wreck, not whether or not that wreck will come.

Easy. First election after the collapse of the Soviet Union. Infantile emotions replaced leadership. Same thing happened to the UK after WW2.

When Joe and John Kennedy stole the election——AND NIXON went along with the deed.

Thus the rule of law—THE MOST IMPORTANT LAW—flew out the window and did not come back.

I would say that it was at some point during Gerald Ford or Jimmy Carter's watch, though I can't identify any particular moment. By the time I sobered up (those were my college years), the world I had grown up in was disappearing everywhere I looked, and with alarming rapidity.

I did well under Ronald Reagan's watch, though I didn't always appreciate him as much as I should have - I was still preoccupied with personal ennui - but America as I understood it entered hospice care under George Bush the Elder. The Bush family are tops in palliative care for the right price.

When the first states legalized the murder of unborn people, and it was allowed to stand. Come on, what country is great, no matter its power or other accomplishments, when it allows that to happen? Just the fact that enough folks wanted it to happen is probably a good indicator that something was way off, no matter if they actually got what they wanted or not.

I remember my mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and my great great grandmother talking about this each in their own day. They all said America told them they were going to the corner store for a pack of smokes and never came back.
