COLUMBIA, SC
A man faces an assault charge after being arrested by University of South Carolina police for allegedly rubbing and pinching the feet of a student under a table at the school library last weekend.
Christopher Deas, 40, is accused in connection with the incident that took place shortly before midnight Saturday at Thomas Cooper Library in the center of campus.
Deas, whose home town was not provided, has been accused of the same thing at six other campuses, police said.
