Trump is a buffoon, and his endorsers, like his supporters, will come to regret this epic lapse of judgement.

Find it odd that the “Principled Conservatives” now have adopted the same political tactics Conservatives have spent the last 40 year fighting tooth and nail against.

I won’t condemn his supporters too far. A little. I do think history will be VERY hard on them.

I predict your post will be deleted. Not much that is negative toward Trump is making the cut today.

“Donald Trump’s distinctive rhetorical style — think of a drunk with a bullhorn reading aloud James Joyce’s Finnegans Wake under water — poses an almost insuperable challenge to people whose painful duty is to try to extract clarity from his effusions.”

Now, go diagram that sentence, Homer.

And Will is an arrogant, elitist, and pompous ass that is what caused the rise of Trump.

You said..
“Trump is a buffoon, and his endorsers, like his supporters, will come to regret this epic lapse of judgement.”

Some will.
Most won’t. They’re too committed. There are still some 2008 BHO backers that will insist his presidency has been a success despite the glaring evidence to the contrary

Trump is the only effective advocate millions of American citizens have had in years .....too many years.

George Will is an embarrassment.

Lie down with the dogs, people are going to notice the fleas.

You all made your bed, now you can lie in it. You all thought this rabid personal attack style postings were the way to go despite being warned that you needed to be making a case FOR something not just scream about what you hate.

“Trump is a buffoon, and his endorsers, like his supporters, will come to regret this epic lapse of judgement.”

Because voting for ‘conservative’ career politicians has worked so well over the past ~30 years.

George Will is sooo yesterday. Many people fail to stay up with the times and long for the good old days of a GOP establishment that gets elected and DOES NOTHING.

We elected so called sound conservatives into office and look what we got. The GOP made the Trump movement. You don't like Trump? Get rid of the GOP establishment that caused him to succeed, otherwise you and others are part of the problem.

48% of Republicans say they won’t vote for Trump in the general, so his chances of winning are slim.

Why would a politician endorse him, when his only feature is supposed to be “winning”?
