NEW YORK â The President of New York's Sergeants Benevolent Association says he supports the decision of Miami's police union to boycott Beyonce's Formation tour concert scheduled in April.
Ed Mullins is so incensed over the Grammy winner's black power performance at the Super Bowl, he's thinking of encouraging a similar security boycott for her concert at Citi Field in June.
Performing music from her new single "Formation," Beyonce and her backup dancers wore outfits modeled after the militant Black Panthers group of years past, and offered support of the current Black Lives Matter movement.
Many were outraged by the performance they considered was more of a political statement. The provocative performance was condemned by police because it promoted the Black Liberation Army who were responsible for the 1981 shooting of police officers Richard Rainey and John Scarangella. Scarangella was killed and Rainey, who was wounded, died recently.
The Miami police union claims Beyonce is using her music to divide Americans and the message shows she doesn't support law enforcement.
SBA President Mullins tells PIX 11 News, "Law enforcement across the country has to make a statement that we're not bad guys and she's got to stop portraying us as bad guys."

GOOD! Stick it to that putrid, racist skank!
there should be 0 public security or protection for this person or her husband. They are more than wealth is enough to afford any security they might need. Let them pay for it. Stop funding the Imperial Negros
Again, I’ll believe it when I see it.
People like this are all talk no action. I doubt 1 officer chooses to skip this out rather then get a paycheck

A rally planned to protest Beyoncé’s Black Panthersâinspired Super Bowl performance was so poorly attended by the “Formation” singer’s detractors that it quickly morphed into an event celebrating her antiâpolice brutality message.

“Itâs a little known fact that a lot of large venues in cities depend on off duty cops “
No it aint !!
Good. Do it.
Okay, so it ain’t.
Sheesh, tough crowd (adjusts collar).
CC
I can’t speak to concerts, but I know for a fact that off duty cops provide security for some of the construction sites In Indy.
I did a project in a small town of about 500 people. The Town Marshal had multiple used squad cars, police motorcycles, boat, and even a surplus military 4x4.
I asked him myself “why?”. He told me he contracted with the project managers and hired off duty officers to use them for security. Some projects downtown required a duly sworn officer of the law on site. For example, he provided security for Lucas Stadium when it was built.
I haven’t watched a Super Bowl in over 20 years. It is no longer a football game. To have that disgusting act put in almost every living room across America should be enough but it won’t be. Too many passive people.
FOO - Friend of Obama. Pathetic human beings all.

Boycott means the police will not provide security, and I don’t think they have the right to do this just because they are angry at the performer.

The police that provide security at such events are OFF DUTY and doing so to get the extra income. They are not required to do the extra work.
Why has she (?) appropriated the hair of my culture?
'Rev' is for revolutionary.
'Com' is for communist.
Revcom.us bills itself as "the voice of the Revolutionary Communist Party, USA." The explicit objective is to overthrow our constitutional republic and replace it with an oligarchical collectivist dictatorship along the lines of North Korea and the Soviet Union.
Why would advocates of a communist police state agitate against the police? Because as leftists used to admit openly, the issue is never the issue. This isn't about the police, any more than it is about blacks. It is about destabilizing the system so as to create opportunities to weaken it and eventually overthrow it.
That's what community organizing boils down to. These people have taken over the executive branch of the federal government; why would they stop there?
The next hill they take will be federal control of local police. After that, things will start to get scary.

"Create Public Opinion, Seize Power: We are preparing minds and organizing forces for the time when there is a major crack in the system, whenever it comes and wherever it comes from: an opening that makes it possible to bring the future Revolutionary Army of the Proletariat (R.A.P.) into the field and wage a revolutionary armed struggle that actually has a chance of winning.
And we have said that building our party itself is the most important part of organizing forces for revolution. This is true now, and it is true looking forward to the creation of that future R.A.P. and the waging of that armed struggle.":

The 1992 LA/Rodney King riots were instigated by the Revolutionary Communist Party...
From David Horowitz's FrontpageMag.com /DiscoverTheNetworks.org:
"Throughout its history, one of RCP's [Revolutionary Communist Party] principal objectives has been to foment civil unrest in the United States. The most notable example of such efforts occurred on April 29, 1992, when RCP members looted and trashed the downtown and government districts of Los Angeles, triggering the infamous Rodney King riots. During the days immediately preceding the violence, RCP -- which maintained close ties to the L.A. gangs known as the Crips and the Bloods -- had circulated throughout South Central Los Angeles a leaflet featuring a statement by RCP National Spokesman Carl Dix, titled 'It's Right To Rebel' -- a quote popularized by Mao Zedong.
Encouraged by Dix, RCP activists helped lead the riots that would leave 58 people dead, more than 2,300 people injured, some 5,300 buildings burned, and $1 billion in property damaged or destroyed. On the ten-year anniversary of the rioting, RCP member Joseph Veale fondly recalled the violence as 'the most beautiful, the most heroic civil action in the history of the United States.'"
