It's the same insane logic that leads to the belief that a man who has BRAGGED about all the politicians he's bought over the years is the one who can put an end to the buying of our politicians. People have lost their minds.
What nonsense. Trump will exclusively do the bidding of the billionaire who funded his campaign. The fact that he is the billionaire makes it much more likely that he will act in that billionaire's interest.
Trump works for Trump. He always has and he always will. The fact that you think the interests of some silver-spoon east coast liberal coincides with your interests reveals much.
If you do not understand that, you are living in a mirage world. Creating prosperity AUTOMATICALLY requires that private sector be the dominant sector, not the government.
If Trump is successful in reducing the $1,000,000,000,000 trade deficit, which is result of career politicians making deals based on what their ultra-rich benefactors want (cheap labor express), there will be so many more jobs in the private sector, it will again become dominant.
I will take a self funded Billionaire over every other career politician who is nothing but a slave of his ultra-rich donors.
I am on the Trump email list for 6 months.
I am yet to receive a single email asking for donations from Trump campaign. I donate totally voluntarily. In small amounts only, mostly buying merchandise from his campaign related store.
On the other hand, I get tons of emails from Cruz, Bush & RNC, constantly badgering me to donate.
“If I were going to build a wall to keep out illegals I would build it away from the river maybe 5 or 10 miles inside Texas.”
Sure as long as it’s not your 20 miles of river frontage, 10 miles deep.
If the wall is your main Trump selling point, you will be very sadly disappointed.
Where getting a wall whether Texans like it or not. Most Texans aren’t ninnies like you.
Read the exchange dummy
Good lord
Thank you
Amazing how many Freepers miss the
To: button
One can also hold on that and have all replies that to just that post line up..,,a trick I rarely use
Again thank u
“Let me educate you. Cruz has big money donors, and if elected, who do you thik (sic) will control him? Main Street or K Street? You lose”
Fact is Cruz is my Senator. Considering what he’s had to work with in the GOPe Senate, as far as I’m concerned he’s done a fabulous job. He’s one of very few there with a spine.
“Where getting a wall whether Texans like it or not. Most Texans arenât ninnies like you.”
Haha, in a couple years I’ll post ya and keep asking well where is it. Better yet, how about in 4 years you come down and point it out.
I did. It was unclear. Someone told me it was tongue-in-cheek, so I read it again, but I don’t spend much time at all fighting meaning out of posts. There are too many.
Here is my thinking.
The political center has been pushed so far left that now Hillary is considered a moderate.
Right now, at this moment in time, you have zero chance of getting any conservative elected President.
We have to pickup Blue States in-mass to even stand a chance.
IMHO, Trump is a step in the right direction.
He wants to create jobs for Americans and this is opposed by both parties.
He wants to seal the border from MuZ invasion.
Those two things might...just might keep us from dropping off the edge.
I don’t seriously think many Muslims support Trump....he doesn’t mince words on them
How much other groups like Jews and Hindus or Buddhists who knows
Only group matters is Jews influence wise and he has several in his inner circle and a Jewish son in law so I’d say he’s as kosher approved as any GOP ever can be
What is your inference?
I’ll be more specific to help out
Many Christians on free republic think Cruz is their only legitimate choice
I disagree and made my comment that many Christians also support Trump
Many many that I know
Now you could have figured that out had you read more or is there a more combative motivation at play here
If so spit it out
I’ll play ball
I think freepers are like the tens of thousands who turn out to trumps rallies. They want a winner for a change. First and foremost, they are against illegal immigration and they want America back before she slides to third world status. That is the big driver this election.
I wasn't singling you out on this. Another one I tire of seeing is "liberal heads are exploding".
Trust me, I more than anyone would love to see an Israeli style fence on the border but it will never happen.
Hundreds of Mexican kids cross the border for school everyday. My state due to federal BS educates Mexicans that don’t ever live here.
You may say, well the schools should check them out and expel them. That too is easier said than done.
Next time you get a chance check out an elector map for south Texas. They may be large conglomerate white ranches but the total area is bluer than any inner city in America. All the ranchers have Mexican ranch hands.
As a matter of fact south of San Antonio the only white faces you’ll see are roughnecks.
I actually get out and campaign for people I like.
Do you ever ask yourself why? Why is it so much better that the middle man is removed?
It saves the Donald money he would have otherwise spent buying a politician, so I understand it's a good deal for him. But why is it a better deal for you or America? Either way, the billionaire gets his way through government manipulation and favoritism. The Donald's been paying for that for years and you're helping him save a few bucks if you elect him, but it holds no appeal for me.
I like you, because you ask fairly simple questions.
Look at it this way....why do ultra rich donors give millions to career politicians?
Despite Cruz^s attacks on his party^s donor class and establishment, the Texas senator Ted Cruz^s GOP campaign has received $37 million from just four donors.
The Wilks family of Cisco, Texas, New York hedge fund tycoon Bob Mercer, Texas energy investor Toby Neugebauer and Illinois manufacturing moguls Dick and Liz Uihlein.
What do you think their motive is? To push the cheap labor express, which makes bigger profits for them! Tax cheat Mercer is counting on president Cruz to institute VAT tax which will save him hundreds of millions in taxes.
On the other hand, Trump has actually LOST LOT OF MONEY by running for president. He lost many very profitable contracts with corporations. He gave up $200 million income from his successful TV show.
Why is Trump doing this? It can’t be for making more money. He has already given a ton of money by entering politics. I am willing to assume main reason is HE LOVES THIS COUNTRY, which has given him so much. Of course it does not hurt that he will gain in legacy for ever.
