All the greats ignored rules - consider Joyce and Twain. Question here (picking a nit) is nominative case versus objective case: if it renames the subject, well, nominative as in, "It is I."
Humorless this morning? Ever heard of the saying ‘vote early and vote often’?
Which one, odumbo or Putin?
odumbo
TRUMP [on Larry King Show (2009), referring to the then newly elected communist president]: "Well, I really like him. I think that he's working very hard. He's trying to rebuild our reputation throughout the world. I mean, we really have lost a lot of reputation in the world. The previous administration [GW Bush] was a total disaster, a total catastrophe."

Here is what he said about KGB Putin...
TRUMP: Vladimir Putin's praise is 'a great honor' ..."It is always a great honor to be so nicely complimented by a man so highly respected within his own country and beyond," Trump said
"I think that I would probably get along with him [Putin] very well."
“Trumpeter” is name calling? Wow. It was intended only to mean, “Trump fans.” Maybe I missed the negative connotation.
Anyway, if you’re offended by that name, I’m guessing you weren’t the audience for my piece. I’m not silly enough to believe any Trump fans (can I use that term without hurting your feelings?) will be persuaded by an anonymous poster posting secret, vague data. Not my intention. I’m just here to give spread some good news to Cruz fans as best as I can.
good teacher, one of those you never forget.
“If people vote with their minds they might choose Cruz. But if they vote with their hearts, they may go all in for Trump.”
All in a nutshell.
You and me in this instance is correct.
You and I go to the store because I go to the store.
We buy something for you and me because we buy something for me.
You’re very brave to say anything against the Bloated ConMan.
Trump said Cruz was a nasty guy. I thought it was just hyperbole. But after reading what his supporters have to say on FR, I am forced to agree with Trump.
Cruz supporters must reflect the character and personality of the one they so greatly admire. And what they reflect is a serious strain of nastiness.
As the song says, “Monday Monday, so good to me...”
I’m fairly positive Cruz pays for internal polling, most career politicians play the game according to the rules. So that polling must be telling him Rubio’s on his heels.
Fine with me. I would prefer Trump but if Cruz can possibly win Iowa that’s okay too. Anybody but Republican RINO’s.
lol...yeah I heard he peaked a long time ago.
ummm. ok.
Whatever you say
This is a pretty worthless vanity. I’ve noticed Cruz supporters post pretty worthless vanities at a pace much higher then supporters of any other candidate. Do you really think posting worthless vanities is helping Cruz? Well at least this one was not the usual Trash Trump vanity.
So you are seeing something but you can’t say what, but it’s big, and if we only knew what you Jonathan we’d understand ...
Gee thanks. I feel better informed already.
The Trumptards are pulling out all the stops this morning to prop up their pseudo-conservative. Ducking Donald is running FROM his record, not with it.
Ask the many who are now reluctant to post here why they refrain from doing so and they will say it is because of the level of discourse on ALL sides. Trump followers are not immune from this criticism. I’ve heard them say things like, “Well, it’s nothing like what their side does,” or, “Their guy started it.” Real grown-up arguments to excuse poor behavior.
But you can’t get folks to examine their own behavior, so FR will continue to bleed participants. They simply don’t feel free to express their views without being subject to personal attack or ridicule. Brings up the question of what exactly is the cost of freedom?
It’s on the Internet .
