The only rule is that it has to be sanctioned by the RNC.

Cruz is very used to breaking the rules. It is in his DNA. It is very natural. Arrogant people don’t think rules are for them.
True. But it would be sweet to see. When it gets down to the final two or three, though, and Trump is still in the race by then, we will get to see Trump get skewered and sliced and diced by Cruz.
Once again...a general never allows the enemy to select his battles.
