it lasted for a 3 years. keeping the weight off. how could it not come back/

up until six months ago, i lost 100 pounds the prior year just eating a lot less of terrible food again!!

it’s still off but it’s a battle.

i DONT LIKE healthy food.

and am i going to regret it if i get cancer or have a heart attack. sure.

but i still enjoyed those thousands of bad meals :)

it’s ashame. i ate old world italian until i moved out.

small amount of meat and some veggies, olive oil, garlic, fruit.

threw that all to the ind and ordered day and night for 25 years.

oh well.

It is a struggle. I think I’m pretty healthy considering, but I would like to lose. SamAdams76 has been posting some about his past and current weight loss success. It’s an inspiration to me. I think it feels better to get into the routine of eating healthy, it just takes discipline to do it. The hard part is often just starting and keeping it up for a bit to get over the hump of the “pain” and get into the routine. I bought some salad stuff the other day. Think I’ll have some for lunch. :) Sounds good right now.

Congrats on your past weight loss. :)

It doesn’t take a lot of time to make most simple, Italian meals. I still eat mostly the same diet that my parents raised me on. I wouldn’t mind eating pizza a few times a day though.. :)
