I don’t see drunks or crazies, but a well organized (check the spacing of the torches and the fluidity of the marching .... amazing !) city/community
Yes! Too bad they can’t webcast the events from yesterday/last night when the squads/krewes visit hospitals/elderly care homes and such and preform for those who can’t get out.
